Gastrointestinal diseases are common worldwide with lesions related to the gastrointestinal system, disrupting the process of digesting food. The number of patients with stomach diseases accounts for 5 to 10% of the world's population and in our country this number has reached 7%. Another noteworthy figure is that up to 70% of our country's population suffers and is at risk of stomach diseases caused by HP bacteria (Helicobacter Pylori). The common disease is chronic gastritis with 31% - 64% of cases of gastrointestinal endoscopy. In particular, stomach cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer deaths. However, the disease can be treated well if detected early from the initial precancerous lesions, especially atrophic gastritis, a common progressive disease. Therefore, to reduce the risk of cancer, it is necessary to detect early the high-risk group with atrophic gastritis lesions, infected with HP bacteria. Therefore, the need for non-invasive techniques to screen for lesions and gastritis is essential for screening, helping doctors to prescribe specialized tests and detect and treat promptly.
