The Corning CellCube cell culture system provides a compact, perfusion-based method for the mass culture of attachment-dependent cells. CellCube modules are made of polystyrene plates joined together to create thin, sealed laminar flow spaces between adjacent plates and are coated with either a Tissue Culture-treated growth surface or Corning CellBIND® surface to enhance attachment. Utilizing a perfusion-based design, the CellCube system is able to mimic the constant fluid flow of in vivo conditions and reliably distribute nutrients and oxygen with low differential gradients across all attached cells throughout the modules. Corning also offers Closed system CellCube modules available pre-assembled with AseptiQuick® connectors, as well as aseptic circulation loops that facilitate cell culture scale-up.

Choice of traditional surface treatment, Corning CellBIND® surface for enhanced cell attachment, or Ultra-Low Attachment surface for reduced cell attachment on selected CellSTACK products.

The Corning disposable spinner flask system comes ready-to-use with a paddle and integrated magnet, reducing the need for time-consuming assembly, cleaning, or reassembly.Molded from virgin polystyrene and sterile, each spinner flask system assures a clean sterile unit. No more concerns with detergent residues or contamination.The paddle size and height are optimized for each vessel size. A unique integrated magnet provides smooth, even rotation at required speeds on slow-speed stirrers. Heat build-up in the vessel is reduced by means of a specially designed flange that raises the vessel off the stir-plate surface (125 mL and 500 mL flasks only).

Closed System for High Yield Cell GrowthThe Corning HYPERStack cell culture vessel combines the best of two Corning products: the Corning CellSTACK® and the Corning HYPERFlask® cell culture vessels. The utilization of gas-permeable film technology provided in the spatial footprint of the CellSTACK vessel allows the HYPERStack platform to be among the most efficient, scalable cell culture vessels for adherent cell culture available today.
