Aspergillus differentiation Real Time PCR

VIASURE Aspergillus differentiation Real Time PCR Detection Kit is a real time PCR assay designed for the qualitative detection and differentiation of DNA from Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus and/or Aspergillus terreus, from bronchoalveolar lavages (BAL), bronchoalveolar aspirates (BAS), and sputum clinical samples from inpiduals suspected of aspergillosis by their healthcare professional (HCP).

This test is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of aspergillosis caused by Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus and/or Aspergillus terreus, in combination with clinical and epidemiological risk factors.

PCR reactions are lyophilized and “ready-to-use”, can be stored at 2 - 40°C for 24 months.
