M. tuberculosis complex + non-tuberculous mycobacteria Real Time PCR

VIASURE M. tuberculosis complex + non-tuberculous mycobacteria Real Time PCR Detection Kit is designed for specific detection of DNA of the genus mycobacterium, the M. tuberculosis complex (MTBC) and the specie M. tuberculosis in mycobacterial culture, clinical isolates of mycobacteria and sputum (with positive or negative acidfast bacilli (AFB) smear) from patients with signs and symptoms of Tuberculosis infection.

PCR reactions are lyophilized and “ready-to-use”, can be stored at 2 - 40°C for 24 months.
