The MAS-100 Atmos compressed air microbiological sampler is designed to collect microorganisms in compressed air by gently but directly impacting them onto the agar surface.
The impact process is carried out under pressure to prevent harmful effects on the microorganisms caused by rapid decompression.
The default impact speed is 100 LPM, similar to all other MAS-100® air samplers, and it has a nominal d50 of 1.1 μm.
Automatic pressure detection and mass flow sensors ensure safe and accurate compressed air sampling: Automatic flow rate adjustment; Compensation for pre-defined gases (compressed air, N2, Ar, CO2) ensures the correct amount of gas is sampled; Automatic pressure relief.
Data integrity and connectivity: Provides different operating modes for three distinct workflows:
Freely accessible configuration (Level 0).
21 CFR Part 11 (Level 1).
Wireless options for transmitting sample data into fully computerized software programs and workflows (Level 2).
